Accessibility Statement

GiftSpot.uk aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, or keyboard-only navigation. This statement is itself a draft — it has not been legally reviewed and should not be treated as a compliance guarantee.

Conformance target

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a target we are building towards, not a certification — GiftSpot.uk has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit or testing with assistive technology, so some parts of the site may not yet fully meet this standard.

Known limitations

As a small, actively-developed site, some pages may have gaps — for example incomplete keyboard support in interactive menus, or colour contrast that hasn't been formally checked against AA thresholds on every component. We're working through these as the site develops.
